Artist description AFA was born back in the summer of '99. All grown up into a solid lineup and sound, A Foot Ahead always aims to look only forward, and always remain "a foot ahead." Each member brings in their own musical influence to the band and it is most clearly visible through their live set. The body count so far: a broken guitar, cymbals, numerous microphone cables, and too many guitar and bass strings to count. Not to mention endless amounts of bumps, cuts, and bruises. A Foot Ahead is currently working on their debut LP Full Speed Ahead, due out this fall/winter. Wes Solem - guitar vocals, Tex Sirisawat - keyboards, Chase "The CHZA" Nix - bass, and Ethan O'Daniel - drums.
