Artist description
Having built up a formidable fan base both in his native Ireland and the U.S., P.J. has garnered much critical acclaim for his no-nonsense, ardent live performances. Equally as entertaining with his acoustic guitar as with a full band, you are guaranteed to be taken on a journey you won’t forget. Many first time listeners swear that PJ bears a striking resemblence in looks, sound, and songwriting, to a young John Lennon. |

Artist History
Writing, playing and recording his unique, melodic and lyrical blend of acoustically led pop rock, P.J.’s career began with the Irish band No Sweat, with whom he achieved his first number one hit. “Heart and Soul” debuted in his native Ireland and went on to chart well in Europe and the U.S. Recent credits include the much acclaimed “To Be Alive”, co-written with Vivian Campbell and featured on Def Leppard’s latest album “Euphoria” (Mercury Records). Other band credits include The Search, Toe, and most currently Clock,a band comprised of the extraordinary musicianship of drummer Mark Schulman (Billy Idol, Cher), bassist Sasha Krivstov (New Radicals), and guitar master Vivian Campbell (Dio, Whitesnake, Riverdogs, Def Leppard).
