    Artist description
A trio of rebels led by the ravishing Kent Steep, this band doesn't actually exist as such any more. But it really did kick ass back in its day. But more importantly, the illustrious Kent has moved on to bigger and better things: a hot little number called C.C.Cropper. They'll be cutting an album here shortly, but in the meantime you can witness the genius of the generally godlike Steep.

    Artist History
Song Farm was originally comprised of Kenneth Stephens (vocals, guitar), Michael Moore (bass, vocals) and Bud North (percussion, vocals). They played a multitude of establishments across the Southease, including Congress Street Station in Savannah, GA and the Post Office in Augusta, GA. Moore had to be shot after he broke some bones in a car wreck, rendering him useless as so much as a roadie, much less a bass player. Steve Merkel stepped up to fill Moore's shoes. The band relocated to Athens, GA. Eventually, personality conflicts tore the band apart in a display that would have shamed your favorite soap opera -- but they did manage to cut an album and distribute a couple thousand copies before it all went up in smoke.Be on the lookout for C.C.Cropper, coming to a watering hole near you! Headed up by the Supreme Being (Kent Steep), this quartet adds a lead guitarist and more musical talent than you can shake a stick at.
