Artist History
Originally started in 1996 by Clay Wakefield as a side prject to another band which he performs in. After completing an album worth of songs, Clay called it quits for Lunge (or originally called Insipid). In November 2000, after a series of personal emotional incidents, Clay began writing Lunge material once again, as a release valve for the anger he felt. In Febuary 2001, Christian Thompson joined Clay as a lyracist/vocalist. The music had now progressed to a new crisper sound than in the bands early days, and Clay & Christian opted to try to have the recordings released to the public in some way. This is why we are on mp3.com |
