Artist History HLH was basically formed from an old band owen, brandon and ned were in around the summer of 1999. The band then started to add other members and now have the solid line-up. Highland High has mainly based it's audience on the Greater New Bedford area having members of the band living in New Bedford, Acushnet and Dartmouth.
