Artist description ERT! is a constantly evolving noise project with a home-base in west hartford, CT. early pieces and performances used media such as guitar noise, electronic drums, accordian, trash cans, and screaming. the ERT-sub-ert sound was all screaming with effects. the most recent incarnation is the brainchild of john reese, and is an experiment in creating harsh-yet-psychedelic noise using sources of various types including vocal terrorism and the manipulation of sound using computer software.
