Rock, funk, jazz, pop, blues and R n' B as well as, African and Latin rhythms are woven into songs with great hooks and catchy melodies! Lots of great positive lyrical content and colorful landscapes of dynamics from 'radio friendly' songs to 'two-steppin' blue grass to 'spacey', 'jammed-out' fusion! All maintaining that hand-clappin', toe-tappin', booty-shakin' groove. Lots of fun without sacrificing lyrical content or message!

Artist History After forming about 4 years ago, NSB has been touring the GA/S.C/N.C./TN/ALA area in the best venues such as The Brandy House in Atl., Ga, J.J Cagney's in Savannah, Ga, The Bank Street Cafe in Griffin, Wild Wing Cafes in Marietta and Athens and throughout the south. NSB has been feature act on Z93's 'The Dunham's' radio show as well as opening for Cowboy Junkies, Blueground Undergrass, Col Bruce Hampton and The Barry Richman Band. Frequently playing The Dogwood Festival and The Montreaux Music Fest. The Band was also the closing act for the 2000 and 2002 AIDSWalk in Atlanta and the band frequently does benefits for churches and non-profits also volunteering to support awareness!
