Artist History
Many have forgotten, or have selectively chosen to forget about their best years, the High School years. The Dirty Scientist vividly explain the experiences of the 21st century teenager by mixing their new school style with real life messages into a lyrical flow in a way only they can do. With today's threats of disease and teen pregnancy in addition to drugs and teen violence, the Dirty Scientist will continue to fight through music to gain a position above the muck that this world has to offer. Remaining amongst the "in crowd" without indulging in the peer pressures that today's youths are bombarded with they feel they would rather gain the experience with "Ms Shorty" than participate in smoking a Shorty. Karlos “Biological” Skinner was born and raised in Norfolk Virginia. His Hip-Hop interest began back in 1992. After experience with the group Eternal Ink the BIO acclaimed himself as a Dirty Scientist. BIO, who now resides in Virginia Beach the largest city in Virginia (over 440,000 people), studies hard in the lab and on the streets to become the greatest emcee alive. All ways up for a MC battle, BIO has ripped many free style rappers sending them back to study hall to perfect their rhymes.Timothy “Khemizsis” Dennard was born in Temple Texas. He was a military brat raised in New Jersey, Philly, and Virginia Beach. He blazed into the game June of `99 worked with local groups, Odysey, Myth, and the Legacy as the Master Technique and found his influences to be Canibus and Prodigy. He embarked on a mission to make money and finance a career as a Hip Hop artist. Khemizsis keeps his peers in fear with his battle rhymes and fresh new beats, becoming the Titan of the Tritan. When Biological and Khemizsis came together as the Dirty Scientist, a plan was developed to bring mass destruction to the game. With the aid of Dr. Lott the plan has manifested into a reality. Darryl "Dr. Lott" Brooks became a vital element in the artists’ discovery. With Dr. Lott’s past experiences with local artists like Kartel, PB82 (lead), Black and Decker, Lyrical Felons, Soldier Click, East Side Dwellers and the great talent of the Dirty Scientist they may become unstoppable. The chemistry between the artists and the producer is a volatile mixture that produces an explosive substance of lyrical mayhem over a Khemizsis beat. Dirty Lab Entertainment owner, Darryl Brooks, who hopes to secure an agreement with a major record label, test marketed the Dirty Scientist potential through friends and family throughout the southeastern region. Not only did they like it, they replied, "your going to blast off with that one". Knowing the ever growing music market in Virginia Beach, being part of the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is the 27th largest in the United States, where talent runs deep, Darryl chose the Dirty Scientist over several acts because of their adhesive connection and completion of an entire album of fifteen original songs. That was all the convincing needed to put them on first.Virginia will soon taste their venomous flows, during several performances taking place throughout the Hampton Roads area. For more info contact: Darryl Brooks - Dirty Lab Entertainment - 757-426-1604 |
