Artist History
_-_Derived from the swampy grasslands of Anna's practise room, Princepessa was born to the world, composed of Laura Simpson bustin' the Kit, Anna Robertson shredding the Axe, and Kat Spafford poppin' the Bass.
_-_Born as a rock group, covering "I Love Rock and Roll" by Joan Jett and such originals as "Feather", "Back on Track", "Bruise", "Catch Me", "Flaunt", and "Park around my Head".
_-_Unfortunately, after nearly 7 months of musical bliss, the direction of the band was changing, and the band decided to take a break, and Laura and Anna pursued their side project, LizTicket with Tyler Griffin as bassist.
_-_Now practising in their new habitat of Laura's Basement, they continued to shape their sound to their liking, taking the songs "Flaunt", "Back on Track", and "Park around my Head" and making them decidedly punk.
_-_As LizTicket, this crew of individuals burst into the Kingston music scene at NDSS's first coffee house. This opened the doors to a plethora of shows which LizTicket used to futher their exerience.
_-_Throughout this time, they were writing new songs, such as "Shopping Cart", "Corrupt", "Suzie", and "For You", but unfortunately none of these were completed in time to make it onto LizTicket's Demo: "Catch the Flow".
_-_Things were going well for LizTicket. Unforunately, in early April, Tyler was unable to continue with LizTicket due to priorities, and once agian, Anna and Laura were stranded without a bassist.
_-_Dunh dunh dunh da! Luckily, there was a little poppet that was an avid follower of this great band. His name was Charlie Bellemare. He had extensive knowledge of the band. He also knew how to play most of their songs. So after auditioning many-a-person, Charlie was inducted to the ranks of LizTicket as Bass player, April 16th.
_-_Now the band is going strong, now with 13 originals that will be recorded in the summer of 2001 at Concept Audio Recording Studio.
