Artist History SoE formed in October `98 from various current and formermembers of the bands God King Idiot and The Tone Deaf Wallys.We recorded our CD EP on 12-16-98 and released it a month later. We played weekends at such Seattle landmarks asthe Colourbox, Zak's, the Rendezvous, and the Rainbow. State of Emergency is currently defunct.
