Artist History The Small Time Napoleons formed in 1993. Founding member Michael Joseph (x-member of MCA recording artists "Green Things") hooked up with Randy Burk in 1995. They had fresh songs, spirits. It was in this musical bliss that the band was born.

Group Members The band consists of : Michael Joseph-Guitars, Randy Burk -Drums, Fragomeni -Bass. All of the Napoleons sing but Mike has the most to say.

Instruments Vocals, Guitars, Keys, Bass and Drums.
