Artist History
SLAB's music is the result of an experiment gone terribly wrong. In an effort to harness enough cerebral energy
to surpass everyday physiological limitations, Dr. Henry Leary of the University of Guam turned four "ordinary" musicians into to something
quite unexplainable, as of yet. Dr. Leary's neglegence led to a mistake of mammoth proportions, when his lab assistant plugged the prototype reality flow conveyors in backwards!
The result was a sort of "consciousness meltdown" that left the members of SLAB with the following unpredictable tendencies:
1. To "phase" or "stumble" in and out of various physical dimensions and states of awareness at any given moment.
2. To fluxuate back and forth from being four separate and unrelated beings, to one single, unified entity.
Dr. Leary has continued to observe and record the results of this phenomenon, and SLAB's first release, "Manipulate the Mind" is a representation of the effects thus far. |
