John plays trumpet and keyboards and Angie some piano and guitar. John also has his own jazz band. So far, the couple have had 9 songs picked up by 3 music publishers (DSM, Woodrich, and Simply Grand Publishers). Their songs are being used for an upcoming TV children's and outdoor series "Fishing the Emerald Coast" aired weekly where they write the music for the episodes and the theme song. John and Angie write music for commercials too. In December , John and Angie's songs will be on three educational CD-ROMS to be sold in major retail stores (Walmart etc) nationwide. It will be the Peekaboo Baby/Toddler/Preschool series. (The details on the TV series and CD-ROMS will be posted soon in our Calendar and Notes Section) . A children's software company in Canada (MGI Software and Video) just picked up the Taylor's songs for their video marketing campaign for children. They picked up "What will I be when I grow up" and "You're Gonna be Happy." You can find these songs on the Taylor's other web page http://www.mp3.com/johnandangie. The Taylor's are being featured on college radio and also on three Internet radio stations (btsradio and XEradio & thestreamradio). John has coordinated their music on the "regular" local radio with public services announcements. A major jewelry/gem (HOUSE OF ONYX) manufacturer is using The Taylor's songs on their nationwide video mailed to customers worldwide. Also a new book ( INTERNET, I Didn't Know You Could Do That) has the song "Chinese Waterfall" featured in the CD which comes with the book. (put out by Sybex Books a major book distributor). This book is being sold nationwide in the USA and also in Western Europe and England and will be translated in foreign languages. Both John and Angie Taylor have a background playing clubs, parties, churches, schools, parties but John has a much more extensive musical background.
