Artist History It's November of 1998 and your dreams have all taken shape. Over the course of the past twelve months, your band released their major label debut and saw it go platinum on the strength of a hit single. You garnered heavy airplay on MTV, performed on national television in front of millions of viewers, and best of all, you landed a tour slot opening for Metallica- the very band that inspired you to pick up your instrument and play.For the average artist, such achievements usually mark the summation of an entire career- if they're lucky. However, for three twenty-year-olds from Louisville, Kentucky- it was a reality. It was just the beginning for guitarist Todd Whitener, bassist Jesse Vest and drummer Matt Taul, or so they thought.
