Artist History  Guitar player Johnny Van Skike aka Thor does more then play the guitar. In the year 1989 he started to write his own songs/lyrics creating a new sound but yet still familiar sounding music style. This artist has a wide range of style genre starting from Rock & Pop, Guitar Rock,Instrumental Rock, Metal, Alternative, Blues,jazz,techno, Electronic to creating his own new style........................................................................................ ..............................................................................................................................  In the year of 1986 (age 16) he had started playing the guitar teaching him self how to play the 6 string guitar, learning and creating new riff and rhythms................................ ..............................................................................................................................  In the year 1995 he had started to create poems, He says with a Cheesy smile "I Never really understood poems until i sat down and written one...yes i have written poems before but never really understood them until i sat down and written one then i understood it" The he goes on to say " Song writing/lyrics and poems run hand in hand so much alike but yet with different reasons and meanings..the musical words or the music of words as i sometimes like to say"............................................................................................. ...............................................................................................................................  In the year 2001 he has started work on his new CD/album called Secrets. Being composer,song writer, musician,mixing artist and even help creating 3d models and art work for his new CD... Johnny Van Skike says "when it comes to music i get a rush from it, i cant explain the feeling and it don't matter if im playing and creating a CD by my self or with others, I am looking for other musicians to join but until then...i love to play my passion!"
