Artist History After being in numerous bands together and separately, Myles O’Reilly (vocals/guitar), David Shakespeare(drums/percussion) and Dara Diffily (bass/background vocals) started writing and recording as Blo Tooth in October 1998.They write and arrange their music with a deep understanding of each other and while Myles has a shy star like charisma, his lyrics are honest, poetic and delivered with a spectacular voice and individual style which captivates any crowd they play to.The band are no strangers to playing live and recording, they’ve clocked up 400 gigs in the last two years and have recorded and pressed a CD EP which they sell at their gigs. In ’99 they recorded a fanning session just before Christmas and came second in the Hot Press Bicardi Un-plugged competition ’99. They have built a small but dedicated fanbase in Dublin and have been played on Irelands two national radio stations, 2FM (Dave Fanning) & Today FM (Tom Dunne).
