Artist description Eyeflower is a Swedish rockband. They´ve been playing since 1997. A lot of differnt musictaste make their music kind of original even though Jonas (Vocal, guitar) is writing all of the songs. The band have had a break but is now starting playing again. Hopefully there will soon be new songs added to the site. All of the members have been playing music since childhood and have played in several other groups.

Artist History The Eyeflower was born August 1996 in Gothenburg, Sweden, then called "Valter". With their mix of emocore-rock psycho rock they have created a unique sound. They did their first demo recording as a price in a local music competition the same year. That demo was called "Ugly beautiful". After the summer 1997, Eyeflower had to rest some month,though Mattias (bass) injured his head and got permanent headache. The headache wasn´t gone but in early 1998 they decided to start playing again. During the break Jonas wrote some new songs. The sound became heavier but more focus on the melodies. As a result of the new inspiration they decided to record another demo. In May 1998 that demo was finished. It was called "Blow my road". Late summer 1998 a new guitarist entered the family. The new guitarist Magnus is an old friend of Mattias and Jonas. He have helped them to develop their sound even futher. A very good example of his qualities is the alternative guitar in the song Primrose Path on their third demo. He really gave this minor keyed song a new dynamics. In late April 1999 the demo "Embrace" was recorded. Two years has gone and the band is on their feet again. The future is here, and they will show you...
