Artist description CIVILION was formed in 2000 by Joseph London and Alec Easterbrook.Thanks to cost-effective basement recording technology, it became possible to capture some musical and lyrical ideas that had been bouncing around for so long.The goal of the collaboration was to produce a new track every month and release it to the internet.Extra effort would be put into recording quality without jeoprodising creative flow.Some of the tracks such as "High on the Times" were conceived while improvising with the tape rolling (so to speak).With a little "cut and paste", a song foundation was formed albeit with a slightly unorthodox structure.
