    Artist description
This is a body of work, both past and current, from an artist that has been actively writing and performing music for over 20 years. This music is rock-based with progressive leanings, and a message that goes beyond casual themes. The purpose is to create music that goes beyond that which is considered "normal" or "contemporary". Simply put, it is music with some thought behind it.

    Artist History
This artist began his performance career many years ago, but the first true rock experience came with the 11,000 Switches, a punk band from Cincinnati, Ohio. With his brother, Uncle Dave Lewis, he made great strides musically, and performed over the midwest area for several years. This would carry on with groups like Blaze, Human Zoo, DUH?, Talented Rejects, Lopez Sophistcates, and Venus School Mistress. When the music scene in the midwest dried up in the early '90s, he moved to southern California, where he played with such groups as the Feds, Trailer 8, and Stiff Richard. In 1997, he moved to New York City, and played with Detour until early 2001. Currently, Lewis is putting together a new lineup- "fresh horses", if you will.
