Artist description I am a solo recording artist living in Germany, where I play piano and various other things for a circus/dinner theatre variety show called Pomp Duck and Circumstance (check it out on my links page). My music ranges widely in terms of style but is predominantly instrumental and atmospheric in scope.

Artist History I have been playing piano and dabbling in other instruments for 25, professionally for ten or so; I studied jazz performance and musicology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I have played and continue to play everything from jazz to rock to classical to folk to funk to techno to worldbeat to ambient to free improvisation. My current performance position demands all of this and more every night, six nights a week. Previously I have had to maintain as many as 8 or 10 bands at a time to fulfill all my various stylistic interests. However, none have ever acheived the fame or glory they deserved, so you may not have heard of them...I have written music for film, dance, multimedia and pure listening experience. Currently my tunes can be heard online as the soundtrack to Broken Saints, a cutting-edge online Flash 'serial graphic novel (OK, comic) - check it out on my links page.
