Artist History
Saidux (Saidas) is an electronic music composer from Lithuania. Saidas started his music experiments in 1987. In 1990 was released first Saidas's album "Gyvenimas nebutyje" (trans. "Living in nonentity"). In 1991 released second Saidas album "In the nightmares I'm yours". In 12/01/1991 was founded electronic experimental-punk music group DELCIA. DELCIA was: Valius-guitars, vocal; Andrius-wind instruments, vocal; Saidas - digital drums, keyboards. Releases: in 1993 EP "Saldymo kamera" (trans. "Freezing camera"), in 1994 EP "Virtuve" (trans. "Kitchen"). In spring of 1995 DELCIA ended its existence. In 1995 summer Saidas called oneself pLaSmA. In 03/25/1996 was released album "Plug & Play". Darius joined Saidas, to help him play in live performances. pLaSmA started give live performances in Lithuania and in an neighborly countries. Audience from 100 to 3500 people. In 09/07/1997 was released the second pLaSmA album "Microworld". The track "Humanoid" from this album reached number 4 in national TOP-20 on radio station ULTRA VIRES. At the end of 1998's Darius and Saidas broke up. In 1999 Saidas moved to U.S. After long period of time in 01/30/2001 in U.S. Saidas released (under name pLaSmA) track "Icemoon". In 02/01/2001 Saidas became Saidux :))) |
