Artist description The goldroom is somewhere you go when youre not quite asleep but youre not quite awake.Its a place you go when youre not quite mad but youre not quite sane... Having started as a simple guitar, bass, drums, vox group, they have now moved into the infinite world of electronic sound. Sequencers, samplers and MIDI have opened many doors for them to expand their musical styles, however sticking to their guitar roots.

Artist History They formed in the autumn of 1998, recording their first demo approximately 6 months later. They played several gigs in central London the following summer, including The Camden Monarch, The Bull and Gate in Kentish Town, The Rock Garden in Covent Garden and The Water Rats Theatre in Kings Cross,followed by further local gigs the next year having written new material. As their sound developed more time was spent on the writing and recording side of the band but they hope to play more live gigs soon.
