Artist History Carlos Malcolm, arranger/composer/bandleader, has an extensive musicalbackground. He composed and arranged the background tropical music forthe first James Bond movie, "Dr No", which was filmed in Jamaica. As aproducer and role model in Jamaican music, his work inspired many youngJamaican artists, including the legendary Bob Marley. Last year he wasflown to Jamaica with his 12-piece band and presented with the PrimeMinister's Award by the government of Jamaica for his outstandingcontribution to the development of music in Jamaica
