Artist History Formed in 1998 by Chyanna Davis and Tom Diekmeier, crushing velvet has become and L.A. Club favorite with their exciting and intense live show. Starting in January of 2001, crushing velvet has had songs on such TV shows as Dawson's Creek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Third Watch.
