Artist description
Five musically erudite fellows who's paths have crossed for the sole purpose of making music. They put a high priority on well crafted lyrics, and abstain from trite themes. They teeter on the brink of social commentary, while concocting easily recognizable hooks in their songs. |

Artist History
Coming from New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Cuba, and New Hampshire, Something Bliss conglomerated in New York City in the summer of 2000. The first 3 members - Gene-Manuel, Erica and Michael - started playing together just for fun, and accidentally catalyzed what is now SB. More a budding band than not, they are now finishing their demo with new drummer Brad York and Bassist Chris Owens, As well as playing live. The songs, written by Michael and Erica, billow into beauty through the silky texture of Gene and Erica's voices. Something Bliss came together to turn sound into song. |
