Artist description
A combo of uncomfortable, angst-ridden twenty-somethings, each with an admirable degree of self-loathing, and a smattering of substance abuse. We all feel much better now. Two of the principals are entering into deliberations about a new way of working together. |

Artist History
Arranged from the ashes of the trio Bone Ranger (anagram: Boner Anger), Grecian Formula 69 (anagram: Formulaic Anger) highlighted the writing, arranging and singing skills of Tom Lewis, and the melodic-dissonant riffáge of guitarist Barry Stock. The rhythm team of Scott MacArthur and Matthew Sperry were nimble, quick and forgiving of dicatatorial and tyrannical aspects presented by the six-string front line. GF69 were, like Bone Ranger, addicted to alternate tunings of the guitar. Both guitarists settled on NST (CGDAEC) a bit further down the road. |
