Artist description
A Band Called Delicious is redefining people's concepts of Modern Rock. This fresh 4-piece from the midwest is commanding the attention of industry professionals and music lovers everywhere, and people are talking.
"A Band Called Delicious have obviously done their time in the songwriting school of hard knocks, supplying us with a very well produced effort... The songwriting abilities of ABCD are more mature than your typical local band; they may still rehearse in the garage, but the music they conjure is coming straight from the penthouse suite... If you want to hear what should be playing in your box right now, and what the suit-and-tie-guys are missing, then swing by A Band Called Delicious. It’ll be well worth your time.” -Quarterly Reviews
ABCD's debut release, "Season to Taste," is now available, and will likely be thier ticket to nation-wide success. Find out for yourself. Taste the music. |

Artist History
A Band Called Delicious first made its mark under the name Push. The band began in central Wisconsin as a four-piece, playing regularly throughout central and eastern Wisconsin. Ready for larger venues and professional contacts, the band relocated to Minneapolis in 1998. The Twin Cities scene and fans welcomed the band to the stages of the Fine Line, the Cabooze, O'Gara's Garage, 7th Street Entry, and several other venues. With the help of Minneapolis studio newcomers Angel Beach Records, they recorded some of the tracks that appear on this site. Over the past 18 months, the band has progressed and evolved into the group we know today - A Band Called Delicious. |
