Artist description
Started as an experiment combining pop with progressive guitar textures, the band found success as a power trio roots rock band. Influenced by bands from Austin Texas such as The Reivers, the song became the most important aspect of the chamberlains performance. Trent Blake, leading the band with his passionate vocals and aggressive bass styling, wrote most of the bands material. The aggressive articulate drumming of Ralph Barr provided the backbone to drive the sound to where no folk rock group had been before. Completing the third corner of the triangle, George Hutton embellished with guitar textures and syncopation, enjoying the freedom of a three piece by using delays and picking patterns with clean strumming. Though the band was only a three piece, vocal harmonies were added by all members created a warm background to the mix. |
