Artist History
Shuri-Ken is a newly formed group starting out on MP3.com. The group name is based on the artist's (Ken) name and is the Japanese word for the small throwing stars used by the Ninja. |

Group Members
Ken Ibrahim, the sole member of the group, has been making music since High School with various synths, drum machines, and computers in a modest, ever evolving studio. It's current location is central Waikiki, two blocks from the beach and less than that to the main clubs. Ken spent close to 6 years in Japan where he worked in the computer graphics and games industries. During his time at SEGA his voice was used in a number of arcade games including the "Virtua Cop" series and most notably the popular car racing game "SEGA Rally Championship." After returning to the US he worked at DreamWorks/PDI and recently finished work on the upcoming animated feature film "Shrek." He is currently in Hawaii working on the "Final Fantasy" film project at SquareUSA studio |
