Phil Jackson has had a long and storied music career.Beginning in St. Joseph Missouri in the 1970s. Today Phil writes and plays a different type of music. Compared to Leo Koetke, he pushes the envelope with alternate guitar rhythms and counterpointing drums. The oroginal lyrics and music tell the story of life for this veteran of the musical road wars that earned him the name "Father Time". |

As a young man Phil played most notably with White Eyes in the 70's. This band was managed by the same management team as Brewer and Shipley, The Ozark Mountain Daredevils and many other notablegroups of the time.They opened for such acts across the country as Albert King, Foghat,10 Years After, Muddy Waters, Bad Finger, Grand Funk, BB King, Kansas and more. |
