Artist description
OmBili is based on the experiences of Fanovitch Mlodzinskaya born and raised in the North East Siberia from there she traveled and trained as a professionnal Ballerina through the former Soviet Union Kirov Ballet and occasionnally at the Boilshoi.Defect ing to France for more dance expression freedom, expanded her modern/tap/flamenco/lyrical performances, started a band playing with Jazzy sounds winds, and cuban percussions and rock' bass tunes paying mostly in France/Germany/Spain,then Andalucia to stu died Flamenco Gypsie dances-Austria-Germany-Switzerland-England-Italy to keep a living as a ballerina. Flying down to Africa She is taken to a small North West African Tribal villages by 4"Tougo people"which later introduced me to a Pumiin/Diassomo Tribes". There she filled her orphan soul and not only fed her daily
craving dancing feet energy to their ritual dances but discovered the drumming power which she studied profoundly for 2 years. Focussing on old and new songs using her new skills to rewrite her old songs and music more fulfilling her new aspect of being alive, She formed OmBili with the current members and currently finishing writing her biography. |

Artist History
Formed in 1998 by Fanovitch Mlodzinskaya and Beth Dube, OmBili has slowly grown into a 15 piece dance and musical outfit. They performed their first "official" show at the KSER Radio Benefit in Everett, Washington February 2001. |
