Press Reviews
a voice that hovers in a warm twilight halfway between Leon Redbone and Eric Clapton. -Gregory Nicoll, review of Blues Spoken Here, in Southeast Performer magazine, November 1999A traveling musical earthquake, a satisfying scratch for the itchy ear, and a guarantee of good times. -Spider Robinson, folk singer and itinerant writerThe songs work well with the rocking format, but could just as easily be adapted to a smoky bar and a mournful accoustic genius on a stool. -Ben Baker, Indie-Music.comListener friendly…anyone from 8 to 80 can enjoy. Portions of country, folk and rock create a palatable sound suitable for both dinner and dancing.-"MikeSOS", Ear Candy, June 2000 |
