Together they can do what any number of musicians can do to make up a truly unique band with a huge sound and distinct style that attracts attention. The band has merged their experience, wisdom, and talents together to form energetic, exhilarating, and thought provoking music. People say this is loud and crisp - tight This band's cool new style has caught the interest of everyone who has listened to this refined, yet fresh breed of sounds. Providing a background array of music with a flavorful feel of groove without compromise. Some have suggested similarities to Zombie, NIN, Metallica, Powerman 5000, and Static X. They do it without losing that "old school" feel while keeping a truly distinct and unique sound. This is the start of a new breed of music that fuses heavy-edged aggressiveness with a unique blend of flavorful modernism that grabs your attention immediately and never lets go! There is something for everyone in the music, Mindset Zero's music spans the generations of young and old alike! Hell, people who don't usually listen to aggressive music found that they truly enjoy the shows! Who else can say that? Mindset Zero was conceived by Brian Ericson (instruments/vocals/sounds) Brian has played with SYRYS, DEMENTIA, SICK, and MORTA SKULD as well as other projects with Tombstone and Communique' Records. Warped Blades Music with Skyline Media and Unique Talent have kept Brian busy as well. Then through mutual friends in the music scene Brian met a drummer with such serious ferocity with subtle refinement of pocket-groove oriented percussion named Larry DeMumbrum. Larry has truly defined himself by accomplishing such projects with SUSPIRIA, WHAT IF, BROKEN HOPE, and is still currently with Em SINFONIA. Larry's talents have already been talked about in Modern Drummer magazine. Larry has also done many other projects and has worked with Martyr Music. Together these two write music that inspires emotions and brings excitement back to music. Mindset Zero is putting the final touches on their live CD after making some further adjustments that promises to blow minds all over the world. The guys are writing new material for an upcoming showcase and constantly writing more new material that is even more fun and adrenaline pumping! Born in intensity and presented in perfection.
