Artist History
Bernadette began performing live at the age of twelve. She admits she was scared to death, but by the age of fourteen she was singing with various bands throughout Ireland. At the age of twenty Bernadette moved to England where she started her own band and performed in venues in Berkshire and London, England. Bernadette began perfecting her craft as a songwriter and she wrote and recorded "Teach Your Children" which was featured on her first album project and charted in the Top Thirty. She charted in the Top Ten for five weeks with "When Somebody Loves You," she then charted in the Top Ten once again with Backdoor Lovers and Front Door Friends. 1993-1996, Bernadette worked throughout California as a demo singer and working parties and clubs. Her songs continued to chart throughout Europe, but she still long for success in North America. So, she and her two childhood friends packed their backs and moved to Nashville. When Bernadette arrived, she said this was to be her home from now on. Bernadette performs at different venues around the Nashville area, including, Seanachie Irish Pub and Restaurant and The Boardwalk Cafe. Bernadette appeared with all of her label mates in a special Fan Fair Show at The Boardwalk Cafe on June 13, 2000. |

Bernadette was born and raised in her homeland of Ireland. She grew up in a large family that consisted of six brothers and three sisters. Her love of music both traditional and country was inherited from her mother, who was always, either listening to or singing herself. |
