Artist description Dream On Records was founded in 1999 by Troy Kendrick (aka Flex) and since that time has developed his record companies roster to the level that could challenge any other independent record label's roster. Although Dream On is based off the west coast, they are open to all genres of hip-hop including gospel hip-hop and other such unorthodox styles.
