Artist History
5 Feet From Nothing was created in June 2000 in Charleston, SC. The band began with Jef Boudreaux on guitar, Josh Fisk on bass and vocals, and Jesse Fisk on drums. The first seven songs were written by the band, then recorded at The Sound Lab in Columbia,SC. Shortly after the cd was recorded our friend Todd Howell, former singer of Pain Face and former bass player for Hate Machine, joined the band as an experienced bassist and back up singer. This allowed Josh to concentrate totally on vocals. Not long after the addition of a bass player, the former bass player of Shaman Mary, Mark Donahue joined as a second guitar player. The second guitar gave the band a fuller sound. With Josh Fisk on vocals, Jef Boudreaux on guitar, Todd Howell on bass, Mark Doonahue on guitar, and Jesse Fisk on drums 5 Feet From Nothing was complete. |
