Artist History Started playing in Toronto's music scene around 1993 (first band: Sleepwalker's Union). Heater was launched in 1998 and has been toured both US coasts and been featured on MuchMusic and on the national campus charts. Melvin released his first solo CD in time for Christmas 2000.
