Artist History
Bullramfish formed somewhere around 1997-1998, formed primarily of Pete and Nick. The two were both playing guitar, and needed to start a band. They asked their friend Jon to play bass for them. The problem arose that that they did not have a drummer, so Nick decided to resign as a guitar player for the band and learn drums. The bands first few gigs were fairly bad performances, but the trio, named "Nemasys" at the time, practiced, and found some oppurtunities to play at a few parties. In the summer of 2000, the band recorded their first album consisting of approximately 14 songs, but trashed it due to recording quality problems. The trio, having changed their name permanently to Bullramfish (the zodiacs of the trio) played at a Battle of the Bands with a great crowd reaction and good playing overall. A couple months later, they played at a talent show, playing 2 cover songs and receiving an enourmous crowd approval. In the winter of 2001, BRF begins to record their acoustic album named "T.A.P." |
