Artist description Outrider is the vision of one man - Kurtys Kidd. He has been the driving force behind some of Toronto's most controversial and influential bands. But the volatile nature of these bands has always meant a legacy of self-destruction, leaving only the influence behind. Such bands as The Viletones, The New World Disorder and The Mystics to name a few. With Outrider, Kurtys has finally stepped out from the chaos and has put forth his vision on his own. Gone is the confusion and haziness of the internal conflicts. Now he offers up a focused burst of energy aimed right at your cerebellum. No, this won't be for everyone. None of your bubble-gum popping, slack-jawed, pretty-boy vox-pop here. This music is dark, intelligent and even enlightening. It is for the thinking person, the person who strives to find his or her own way, the Outrider.
