Artist History Originaly from Southern Oregon, 2xNOISE has made quite an impression on the Portland scene. Now residing in Portland, 2xNOISE is actively involved with Portland based: HEADCAGE RECORDS.After the completion of the first of 3 EP's to be released in 2001, 2xNOISE has been constantly touring,stopping only briefly to record the second disc.
