Musical Influences Bryan Duncan, Be Be Winans

Artist History Wiley comes from a family with a rich musical history. Wiley's great-grandfather played guitar and performed with a group for dances in Alabama. His grandfather, along with his great uncles, were singers who performed for church congregations thoughout Alabama. And Wiley's late cousin, Avery Richardson, is inducted in the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame. The family torch has been passed on to him and he is now carrying it forward. Wiley began playing the piano at the age of 5, and the tromboneat the age of 13. He began his singing career while in high school singing with various groups around the Los Angeles area. He began singing Christian pop music after accepting Jesusas as his personal saviour, and is now using his gifts working to extend God's kingdom. "Purify Me" is Wiley's first release with the album of the same name due to be released within the next few months.
