Artist History The “Family and Friends” have an extensive history of praisingGod together through song in one form or another.As teenagers, Alfreda, her siblings and friends, sang in a group called The Reflections of Love. They traveled to sister churches and youth conventions blessing worship services with original and traditional praise songs. Other members of the current group became a part of Alfreda’s musical life through her ministry at Village Baptist Church.

Group Members Our choir consists of Eboni Ashby, Renee Smith, LaVette Strickland (Altos); Lynda Huff, Connie Page,Sandra Williams Sopranos); and Shola Akognon, Robin Krueger, and Marshan Moultry (Tenors).The instrumentalists for all songs are Shola Akognon (Percussion), Ann Jefferson (Piano and Organ), Marcus Small (Organ and Piano),and Ronnie Small (Bass and Lead Guitar).
