Artist History Formed in Memphis,TN in 1994. The name of the band comes from a park, located on the bluff above the Mississippi River, in downtown Memphis. The park has a unique memorial sculpture. This sculpture is dedicated to the memory of those who unselfishly cared for victims of the Yellow Fever Epidemic, which killed several thousand Memphians in the 1870s.
