Press Reviews Review from www.scream.no - What a nice surprise. HUMUNGUS is a really interesting band from Canda. Their aim is to create an original blend of modern death metal and melodic power/speed metal. Sounds like In Flames, Dark Tranquillity or Arch Enemy to me! Even though it's not very original, this is good stuff. Three strong songs with many cool riffs and lots of power, groove and melody. What the band has to do to become even better, is work on the vocals, and try to get a sound which is a little bit more diverse. However, this is promising stuff.
