Artist History I started my musical life by picking up a guitar at the age of sixteen, learning a few chords and writing my first song. My first band was with two friends (Graham and Kate), we formed Cold Phoenix. It was a great time to be totally experimental as we rated ourselves against no-one! A name change later we became Untamed Aggression. We saw band members come and go and although we never seemed to have a complete band. We still played a single gig of our own material with just the two founding members (Myself and Graham) and a MiniDisc backing track. Only now do I realise just how great a thing that was. We were playing our own songs, with our own gear in our own way. Many high profile artists have never felt the buzz that this gives you! In 2001 I joined an already active band called The Urchins. We perform nationwide on a weekly basis and are currently in a very strong position to move on to larger things.
