Artist History
Started in 1996 with members from GOTMOOR and DOOM CHILD.Line-up: J.S.S.Alastor: guitarz + vocalzRemulot: bazzFjorgyn: guitarzBluetspur: drumzReleased one demo in 1997,"Triformis Mvndvs". The style was heavy deathblackmetal with some heavy metal and folk influences. The band performed on several succesful gigs, with bandslike Naglfar, Soilwork and Darkane. After several line-up changes the band only consistedof two members, Alastor and Bluetspur, who recordeda full debut cd in 1999. Magastrodyx, who wasperforming a couple of session vocals, was askedafter the recordings to stay with the gang as asecond vocalist. The style on the new (full length debut) cd "Dies Natalis Solis Invictvs" was still a little related to the first music, but with a lot morediversity: heavy, groovy death metal passages, subtle melodies, every song a totally differentapproach, and with a great variety in the vocalrange.... ranging from hellish growls 'til King Diamond - alike 'falsetto' vocals!!Because the band's "fuckoff" attitude towardsthe whole music industry, and because theband mainly recorded the album for THEMSELVES,it never got released. With the revolution on the Internet though, itseemed like a very good idea to spread the album for FREE to anyone interested in the music.Hope you'll enjoy our debut cd!! Spread the word! |
