Artist History
Danielle Champoux and Avram Lavinsky started co-writing in 1997. The first cd from their early adventures was a "Sade"-ish blend of blues, jazz, rock, and contemporary sounds. They later joined with bass and percussion to producea solid rock-pop oriented sound. The beauty of technology has brought forth more eclecticsounds to their latest cd, "Say No More", a blend of Portishead meets Santana meets Verdi! |

Press Reviews
"Absolutely smooth, pure soul, like a puddle of spilt wine. This melting glob of flesh that used to be Luke Pyles, Noise reviewer, is more than pleased, he's damn near in love."-L.P. Vitiligo 11/98, The Noise"Champoux sings with a poised confidence similar to Natalie Merchant. She's also a very good songwriter."-D. Sloan 10/98, Metronome"To say Champoux has talent would seem rather obvious."-N. Casino 11/98, The Musician's Trade Journal |
