Artist History
Wade began performing at age 16. Wade began performing at weddings, talent contests, parties, and dances. After high school, Wade attended college where he studied to be a band director. During college, Wade performed in several bands and ensembles as a trombone player. Outside of school, Wade began a three year adventure as the lead singer of QuickSilver, the house band at Rodeo Joe's close to El Reno, Oklahoma. During his time with the band, Wade learned the country classics as well as how to work a crowd. At the beginning of his time at Rodeo Joe's, the average crowd was 75 people a night. At the end of his time there, the crowds averaged well over 350 a night. Wade has always enjoyed the songwriting aspect of the industry. Influenced by diverse musical sources, Wade continues to blend a rock and roll spirit with country music heart into a unique style that can only be described as his own. Today Wade is a music instructor and continues to perform and write music. His latest CD entitled "More Than Anything" will be available in its entirety soon here on Mp3.com. |
