Artist History I started playing the trombone when I was 10 years old, but I quit playing spring -97. Instead I bought a soundcard for my computer because I wanted to make dancemusic. I didn't have any serious thoughts at that time, I just wanted to make music for fun. After about one and a half year and maybe 10 complete songs later I bought a more advanced synth, since it was so fun making music and I couldn't get the sounds I wanted out of the cheap soundcard. I then made 3 more songs when I decided to make the next song together with a friend. The result was quite good, we brought it to a nightclub and got it played there. What a feeling it was to see all the people dancing to OUR music...This was christmas -98.Now I started dreaming, what if I could make a living on this? After a couple of months I decided to take a loan and buy more equipment. In summer -99 I then came on second place in a music competition with my first new song (Small Step), and it wasn't even finished then! I then went by a record company, they listened several times and said things like "It sounds fresh" and "It has all the ingredients", but after 4 days of thinking they told me that only one song wasn't enough.Next big thing was summer 2000 when I became one of the ten nominies in Ericsson's (yes, the mobile manufacturer) big music competition "Make Yourself Heard Award". The jury consisted of a couple of A&Rs from different record companies and there were over 1000 contributions to the competition so that felt VERY nice.
