Artist History In the summer of 1997 Northern Sky was concieved as a Praise & Worship band using the name "Echoes of Abraham". Starting as an eight piece we moved in the direction of playing for Praise and Worship events. It became clear that our original songs were becoming the main focus of our concerts and people were requesting more and more of them. As God saw it to be, we down-sized to become a 5 piece. We then became Northern Sky. With a few changes and the addition of new musicians we are now a 6 piece. Since then, our concerts have developed into a time of renewal in worship and reflection into one's own life and relationship with Jesus. Northern Sky has had the opportunity to put together a CD that reflects our desire to share what Christ has done in our lives. Within our songs we have both our dreams, visions and testimonies that are very personal to us. We are now in the studio again working on CD #2, which should be out this year.
